Austin State University and has experience in helping clients navigate a wide array of life's challenges. Her passion is empowering people to begin to trust their inner voice again by providing compassionate care along with practical tools for creating meaningful change in their lives.

Jane's approach to therapy incorporates tools from evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailored to the unique needs of each individual. She also likes to incorporate art and activities in therapy, especially for teens. She specializes in a range of issues including depression, anxiety, codependency, life transitions, self-esteem, anger management, burnout, stress relief, and recovering from dysfunctional relationships.

Life can be heavy but we don't need to carry it alone. Jane is passionate about providing a safe place for clients to begin their healing journey.

Outside of the office, Jane loves going thrifting, getting lost in bookstores, baking a fresh sourdough loaf, or exploring new hiking trails with her husband and their puppy, Clint.
